1. Brief invention’s description and the current state of relevant technology

The innovator has built up a system and a methodology that:

  • controls the parameters of PH; and
  • dissolved oxygen in the desired level respectively according to marketing policies and customer needs.

The proposed system and methodology have been tested and continues to be tested for different types of PH, and oxygen in various waters that have successfully concluded.

The innovative system differs from other market systems because the ionization process is not electrolytically developed (electrolysis) as it normally happens in the water treatment tank.

This new technique cannot be compared to today’s ionization systems, as in the processing of current market technologies this type of treatment does not exist.

The systems create a combination of magnetic conditions at high pressures as below:

  • Ion expansion affects all the liquid layers, and
  • during the treatment process the fluid parameters can be controlled smoothly as the ionic load level can be controlled over real time reference to pH change, and oxygen level throughout the process of the treated fluid.

By this process/methodology the ions remain blocked in bulk and cannot be dispersed as in the case of the treatment of the conventional electrolytic process.

In addition, the conditions of fluid and magnetic pressures in the process/methodology provide the positioning and the state of the ions in the fluid, with the result that creates the potential for Ph and Oxygen stability, which brings a high quality of treated liquids to preference.

 

2. Pros of the invention

 

This invention affects all ionization processes in all areas of liquids treatment, mainly in the industrial field of water production and food and beverage related products.

The main pros of this invention are the following that:

  • the fluid to be treated is achieved directly at the moment of transfer from the tank to the tank without the need to stop the plant during the process; 
  • PH, and even oxygen after the bottling process do not change their parameters even after a long period of time;
  • even after a long period, the level of PH, and oxygen remains constant;
  • it creates an important level of independence since it can be used in any source of water regardless of its physical properties and physical chemical properties.
